Perinatal Teacher Training - Graduate Testimonials

"The Nurture and Nourish training led by Claire Sandberg was the best learning experience I've ever had, and it's amazing that this was accomplished through zoom. The content was thourough, well-paced, and perfectly presented so that I was able to go through and really absorb on my own time. The live discussions throughout the training were so valuable and eye opening.

"The Nurture and Nourish Perinatal Yoga program is comprehensive, inclusive and extremely thoughtful in delivery. The program is organized and presented in a digestible format that is thought provoking and challenges traditional views of childbirth and the perinatal period. There is a beautiful creation and feel of community where everyone brings different experiences into the conversation.

Claire creates and holds a space with her warmth and guidance that allows for critical thinking and sensitivity and understanding of the pregnant body, birth, and movement. Her knowledge and training as a physician is weaved throughout the training and really makes the information shared authentic. I am so grateful for my training and the friendships that were cultivated."

Claire managed to bring together such a diverse group from across the globe which provided additional value and learning opportunities to the training content itself. Claire is clearly a wealth of knowledge and trust in the industry based on the amount of experts in the perinatal field she brought into the training to learn from directly.

We heard directly from Pelvic PTs, doulas, sound experts, racial and LGBTQ+ justice advocates, and more, and were able to ask questions and discuss important topics with all of them. Claire provided a training that was well rounded, eye opening, and perspective shifting. I feel like a better yoga teacher and yoga practitioner because of this training - especially in the perinatal space but also in yoga and life in general."
