Service Description

Each class begins with an opportunity to say hello and connect with one another. The flow incorporates dynamic mindful movement, breath work and poses to support strength and connection throughout the body.

Cancellation Policy

For Classes - cancel anytime before class to receive a credit for a future class. | For Workshops - cancel 24hrs in advance for a full refund. | For Teacher Training - please email Claire to discuss refund options if you need to cancel. An online Waiver must be signed before attending your first class or private session - available at www.nurtureandnourishyoga.com/waiver
