Service Description

This class begins with an opportunity to say a virtual 'hello', check in with the group and share any requests for the practice with Claire. You will then be guided in breath work to calm and center your body and mind. The movement portion of the practice uses modern movement science principles in strengthening and stretching to improve joint mobility and relieve body discomforts. Expect a blend of poses that are held for a few breaths to allow for mindful inquiry of your inner experience, and flowing movement with the breath - all with the intention of cultivating your mind-body connection. Class closes with an opportunity for mindful, deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels including beginners to yoga. If you have specific needs please reach out to Claire. This class can be booked as a single 'drop in' session on this page or as a block for the season. The season block includes a discount, and is intended to support you in maintaining consistency in your practice.
