Our postnatal classes are designed to progressively support healing and rehabilitation in the postnatal phase. Claire also teaches Baby & Me Yoga to bond and move with baby. Available as private sessions, at partner studios, and online.
Through her Yoga for Labor & Birth workshop, Claire integrates yoga with a deep understanding of birth physiology gained from her medical experience in hospital-based settings and further training with Spinning Babies and Lamaze. Available as private sessions and at partner studios.
