Claire's classes integrate movement that is designed to create space for your baby to find an optimal position. The position your baby begins birth in can have a significant impact on how your labor and birth unfolds. The practice of yoga creates an opportunity to explore using breath work to manage sensation in the body and to foster resilience in the body and mind for the challenges of labor and birth.
