Service Description

Online livestream prenatal yoga class suitable for all stages of pregnancy. This interactive livestream class is delivered using a password protected Zoom meeting. You will not be required to enter your email or sign up to Zoom to participate.

Cancellation Policy

For Classes - cancel anytime before class to receive a credit for a future class. | For Workshops - cancel 24hrs in advance for a full refund. | For Teacher Training - please email Claire to discuss refund options if you need to cancel. An online Waiver must be signed before attending your first class or private session - available at www.nurtureandnourishyoga.com/waiver
